Has anyone else tried ergowear?
I first saw them on the internationajock website, and was impressed with the pouch.
I ordered the X3D boxer brief, and had a little trouble finding the perfect size. But the pouch is amazing, and the design thoroughly complements your butt.
They have recently come out with the Max Light style -- very stretchy, super comfortable, and a pouch that allows your equipment to be comfortable all day long . . . and all night long too, because you really don't want to take them off.
I've slept without pajamas my entire adult life, but not after ergowear.
The fit and feel are amazing.
If you're going to try this brand,
my suggestion is to begin with the
Max Light boxer briefs (in black) and carefully look at the size chart, since this style really stretches.
Since this company is in Chile, basic U.S. shipping ($10) can take up to four weeks - the one big frustration.
However, upgraded shipping takes only a few days, if you're willing to pay the extra.
Trust me, you will really like these.
It's like a combination of the best from cocksox and N2N.

I tried them last year and was intrigued enough to buy a large variety of styles. Problem is, I haven't really figured out where they fit in my wardrobe.

Some random observations:

  • The Jasz styles were prone to unraveling at the stitches. The other styles, including MAX, were fine.
  • The waistband and leg openings don't stretch much. I have a skinny waist but big thighs, so the jock and bikini brief styles cut viciously into my legs.
  • The pouch bulges outward and downward in a novel but comfortable way. It's nice and showy when wearing just underwear, but oddly inconvenient under most clothes. But my proportions are a bit unusual so it might work better for you.
  • Waist sizes run a bit small (typical for South American brands) so I had to choose one size larger for comfort.

Ergowear's conspicuous bulge-out styling is certainly unique, unlike any other brand I can think of. It's such a unique category that I'd recommend anyone try a pair, any style, just to judge whether you ought to buy more.
