White cotton briefs only. Fly front only. However I do like to put navy or heather gray athletic boxers over my briefs. It's all about the rib cotton, the fly and the thick trim around the legs.

I realize I didn't respond earlier. I like microfiber a lot - soft, wicks moisture away from the junk, keeps it's "hand" and shape better than some cotton briefs/shorts through wear and laundering, may have less tendency to show "panty lines" -- hmm. stretchy often, and can define what's underneath, I've found.

I dont mind the microfiber stretchy stuff but I like it better when they have a pouch. I dont like it when the junk gets smashed.

It's got to be 100% cotton or at least a 50/50 cotton/poly blend. I can't stand all synthetic fabric for underwear.
