Any stories about seeing all the guys in their underwear during boot camp, having a roommate who looked hot in their underwear or any story that relates to these two topics? Also, does anyone have their original undies they received in boot camp?

All I recall is going to Lackland AFB, TX, to enter Officer Training School (which incorporated some boot camp, but a shortened version of it). At induction, we were all sent past a counter where the guys handed us our first uniforms/fatiques/boots/shoes and underwear...which was all white, vee-necked thin cotton undershirts and white boxer shorts (I'd never ever worn boxers and never did after those weeks in basic -- and I still don't!).

We then proceeded as a herd into a large room where we were to strip off our civilian togs (back then I looked like a Beatle on Carnaby Street!), get into the undies, and put on the fatigue uniform (as I remember). The scene was hardly erotic or even a pretty sight. The undies were hardly flattering to anyone, it was much better in the group showers! Heheh. Actually I had one room mate and a room, not a row of bunks; I wasn't in a "barracks" kind of set-up. Difference in being in officer training vs. enlisted ranks.

People always (still) ask me about what it was like in the Air Force with "all those men" - well it wasn't such as temptation or turn-on as you might think. Maybe things are much more free now in the military -- back "then" things were really strict and you really had to be cautious about things.

Later I had two housemates, off base, and shared a room with one cute guy (totally straight) from the Midwest. He did wear tighty whiteys (of course) and wandered around the apartment in them -- our older housemate might have, too, I don't recall (there wasn't much reason to check him out...). So, I guess I don't have any "hot" stories to share, unfortunately!

HI I'm new to this site and only just caught up with this topic. A few years back I was in East Timor just after independence. There was a regiment of Australian peacekepers there for the UN. There were no proper barracks built so they were living in tents and the showers were outdoors. I got to see lots of hot Aussie soldiers in their underwear. To my surprise most wore very brief bikinis and tangas. That seemed to me what they wore at home too.
