Like many of you, I have visited the aussiebum website.

Most of their designs look fun, but feature a very wide waistband that proudly promotes their name with such size that someone 20 feet away would need even need reading glasses to tell what brand of undies came out of your Undies Drawer.

That has been one of the main reasons I have not placed an order.

However, when they introduced their new Parallel Boxers, the look and design intrigued me.

Instead of the one inch bold print name, there was simply a small square with AB in the center of the waistband.

From the website images and video, the boxer shorts appeared to be very short, but with a small mesh pouch to accentuate and to provide comfort.

I decided to order, and based on the Size Chart, ordered a Small.

It came in, and rather than it being the low rise (on the featured photos on the website, it is a very low rise), ithe waistband came right up to my waist. The small pouch in the front did not really do anything except keep those items in place.

With the kind assistance of their customer service, their reccomendation was that I return the Small and try an XS.

It arrived the other day.
It is smaller.
I have to pull it up over the hip bones. If it shrinks, it will be too small to wear.
The rise is a little lower than the Small.
The shorts have about a one inch inseam (if that).
If it weren't for the pouch, there's no way one's manhood would stay in these small shorts.
For me, the pouch keeps my manhood in place; it does not necessarily "enhance" as other men's underwear does.

How do they fit? Kind of like regular boxers.
However, because I went with the smaller size, they seem tight when I sit.

After getting used to underwear that comfortably lifts the package (especially when seated), I really don't know how often I'll wear these.

They might be more suited for lounging than for underwear.

You helped me find my favorite drawers for 2009. Thanks for the honest review!

I think if you went for the smalls you'd be loving these. They really do feel great on!
