newbie to the undies thing here. i just got my first pairs of unico and triple xxx recently and am looking for a response from anyone else owning underwear from these brands.

i'd like to know whether the conspicuous white tags on the back of the waistband are supposed to be removed. i'm talking about that strip that loops over the top of the band with the material/care info on the inside (suggesting it should be gone), and the logo on the outside (suggesting it should stay). photos on freshpair show the models wearing them with the tags on (suggesting they should stay), but they are also sewn on loosely with that kind of loopy stitching that usually imply "cut me here" (suggesting they should be gone).

if you've ever bought unico or triple xxx undies, you'll know what i'm talking about... any ideas?

i understand unico and triple xxx are two lines of the same company, so i'm not suprised they both have these tags and i'm assuming what applies to one will apply to the other.
