Well, I guess you can tell from the number of posts I've made, I really like the Australian Cocksox line.

I'm a big fan of the Sling Shot, Mesh Briefs, Part Mesh Briefs, and now the CX01 Briefs

These are really brief. It's been many years since I've worn anything this brief. For a bunch of years, it was boxer briefs, then trunks. Now I'm wearing whatever style Cocksox comes out with.
I've purchased both pouch sizes - Snug and Original, and I like them both.
The snug can feel a little too snug during the day, though.
The original has plenty more room for added comfort.
If you're wearing the brief with nothing else, it looks a bit much, exaggerated and accentuated -- like you're huge!
Once you put on trousers or jeans, the bulge is contained in a way that will not get you obvious looks -- (I may be wrong, but if you're checking someone out, you'll notice -- if your eye contact is elsewhere, you may not; I guess it also depends on what you're wearing. If you're wearing sweats or elastic shorts, it's gonna really show. More fitted pants "tame" your tiger a bit more.)
It's such a nice feeling not being squished or having to feel skin stick to skin.
And because the fabric is thin, there aren't the lines that show - if that matters to you.
I purchased several items during their Australia Day Sale, and with the U.S. currency rate, items end up being less than the price posted -- so they're on sale, even though they're not having a sale.
Shipping only takes about a week or so to the States.
If you haven't tried this brand, you ought to.
You can even send 'em back if you're not satisfied, or need to exchange.

I like the way you describe the excitement of your small brief. Lovely to read. Ones undies are so important to a senes of well being. I enjoy 3d joe snyder thongs including the see thru mesh variety in black and white. So very beautiful to the feel next to the skin. Best wishes
